Goodnight Moon by Margaret Wise Brown

Whispers of hush, words that sound like a lullaby, that's the story of Goodnight Moon, where a little bunny rabbit is snuggled under soft sheets and surrounded by his favorite things, a photo of the three little bears, a drawing of a cow jumping over the moon, and his sweet mother swaying on her rocking chair. As the baby rabbit says goodnight to the world all around, the story gets dimmer, softer, quieter - - be careful not to fall asleep as you read this story. It's the perfect tale for bedtime.
